You can only use one
discount coupon per purchase. But there is a way to accumulate discounts! If we
are running a seasonal sale and products are already showing at a discount, you
can combine this with a discount field to get an even bigger discount.

CHANGES TO THE ORDER

Changes to the order can be made before the products are shipped, which occurs, on average, 3 business days after purchase. If they have already been sent and the tracking code has already been provided, the products are no longer within our reach and have already left our distribution center, so we cannot change any aspect of the order.

Just send us an e-mail with the subject "Change data" informing the correct e-mail, and we'll solve it for you! It's important to be an email that you have frequent access to, because that's where we'll send you communications about orders and send you exclusive offers!

If the products haven't shipped yet, we can! Just send us an email with the subject “Change data”, and we will deal with it more urgently to change the address before the products are shipped. If you only contact us after the products are shipped, we are unable to make this change as they are no longer available to us.

QUESTIONS ABOUT SHIPMENT OF THE ORDER

From the moment we identify the payment, we start preparing your order. The average time for sending the products and making the tracking code available is 3 to 10 working days, and may vary on holidays and times of high volume of purchases. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the postage service.

The tracking code is made available and sent automatically as soon as the product is posted, about 3 to 10 business days after purchase. The order can be tracked through our Track Your Order page.

If you get a “not found” message, don't worry! The system takes 5 to 10 days for international tracking codes to appear on it. In that case, just wait and try again after a few days.
